I have been waiting over a month for an update on my order. I have paid and have not received it. My order status has not change and my emails asking for an update go unanswered. I want my money back.

I ordered 2x green mozzie zappers, I received 1x green zapper and 1x grey zapper. The grey zapper received full charge but will not turn on. The green one works good

put them outside no mossys but lots of zapping.

Did not work at all

Disappointed! Can’t see that it works. Have not seen one dead mozzie in it. Mozzies still buzzing around when it’s on! Instructions don’t say which light to put on when. In fact instructions don’t say what to do at all!

Not what I thought and not very good

I can’t rate something I have not received eventhough I ordered and paid for it over 2 weeks ago. I have had no information from company or answer to emails I’ve sent querying what’s going on and when can I expect the product. A very unhappy customer.

They stay on for a few minutes and then turn off and loose charge so quickly

Barely any instructions, very small size. Have not seen a mozzie in it after trying to use it to show of works.. Very long delivery/wait with a mix up on address. They had the wrong state. Not sure I’d recommend. Feels a bit of a waste of $.

I spent $100 and got 4 of these after reading all the reviews. The instructions are useless and we don't understand why there are 2 colours and what they mean. It doesn't work! - Very disappointed.

I love the Mozzie Zapper as I use it in the bedroom at night and since using it I get a good nights sleep without getting bitten all night by mozzies. The only down side so far is that it only holds its charge for 4 hours.

Not overly effective

Only received 1, not 2. After telling compa ny over 3 weeks ago i, have got no satisfaction. Would not recommend.

Well finally got to use my mozzie zapper and was so useful sitting around outside on Aussie day at dusk, there were plenty of mozzies and it did it's job

Works extremely well for mozzies.

I recieved my zappers a week ago, charges then up and tested them on my front balcony at night time with lights on which normally draw mosquitoes. There were about 3-4 mozzies dead within the casement but that is all. I’m not sure if that was to do with the weather, the sea breezes, a lack of mosquitos…. Anyway once I go camping I will have it on in the bush somewhere so that will test out its reliance

They DO NOT WORK ! They are cheap nasty Chinese rubbish that do not kill mosquito as described in all the advertisements. We set up camp in caravan parks and had two units set up either end of our small annex area 4mtr x 2mtrs. We sat getting eaten alive by mosquito's and neither unit attracted or killed a single mosquito. RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. #Facebook should ban these companies for false advertising. It is so disappointing. And how do you go about a refund.?

Whilst it does attract mozzies it also attracts moths when used outside. The more it zaps the shorter the battery life. We get a few hours if fully charged. You also have to ensure it is the brightest light in the area to work.

I placed one in my bedroom and one in my family room The unit in bedroom has caught a few bugs but no bugs on the other one. I swapped them around now the one in the bedroom hasn't caught any bugs but the other unit moved to into the family room has caught a few more bugs. I believe that one of the units is faulty.

Do not waste your money. Does not attract and kill female mozzies. Only moths, beetles, male mozzies and other small flying insects. The supplier does not honour 39 day money back hi. They don’t respond to emails. Buyer beware.

The machine is exactly as described in the advertising. I was upset that it took about a month to FINALLY receive this order, and 10 days BEFORE I received my order, you were asking me for a review of your product which I STILL HADN’T received. NOT good PR! BUT, it works very well, and even cupboard moths end up being zapped. It is so much better than using chemicals. Thank you for making this product. ❤️

It’s rubbish, it caught 2 mosquitoes I caught about 15z

Great little Zappers! They last about 6 hours.

I certainly check the kill every time we turn it on. The first few times was under the outside verandah to protect the dog kennel. I checked some dead mosquitoes so I was pleased to see the zapper worked, but there were a few moths and one cynafid wasp, (both are friendly members of our habitat). Two of the moths flew away when I freed them with the cleaning brush! But some and the wasp was truly dead. Another time was inside the house and nothing was caught, so I’m unsure what that means. But no mozzie bites since we received our zappers.

I ordered Mozzie Zapper on 22/12/2024 and was delivered by Auspost on 11/01/2024. Which living in regional SA close to NSW/VIC border was Very Good estimation by Mozzie Zapper delivery guarantee. (I thought they were Dreaming!) Usually takes much longer. I never sit outside in the evenings in my apartment. Hence my experience with Mozzie Zapper has been much delayed. Yesterday evening around 6:30pm I had to repot a dwarf fruit in a 60L black plastic planter. I hung the Mozzie Zapper on my washing line about 2M. From where back lawn I would be tackling the burden. I was still tackling the task at 8:45 in peak Mozzie activity time in the Riverland. From the time I turned The Mozzie Zapper on..... hadn't suffered a single bite or had any Mozzie's buzzing in my ears. Hadn't used any chemical repellants as I do when working through the early morning hours before dawn and later. I finished the repotting process at 09:35. Never heard a single mozzie, during the whole time I was outside working with my head torch. Normally, at that time I would be repeatedly doing the Aussie Salute trying swat the pesky buggers. Yet I was completely unhindered by them. I bought the second unit to send to my Wife in Manila, Philippines. I was over there in 2019 and Sleeping was impossible coz constant Mozzie attack. My family will soon be enjoying the benefits of Mozzie Zapper as I am. Gr8 Product works like a dream. And does exactly what the manufacturer claimed 100%. No need for Deet Repellants when Mozzie Zapper is Active in back yard or at your bush campsite. Kind regards, Alisdair L

I'm pleased with my Mozzie Zapper. It works a couple of nights on one charge and there's lots of dead mozzies in the morning.

We either don't have any Mozzies in our area at the moment or these Zappers don't work. After fully charging 2 units, I placed them out on our patio ( where we Normally get bitten) at a height of around 1m from the ground. I left them on all night and found only small moths and other small flying bugs but no mozzies, stuck to the elements. In addition to this, I suggest that the blue light is too weak to attract mozzies at Dusk or Dawn when they are most pesky. I am dissspointed.

Purchased two lamps, have positioned them both on top and underneath a table and still been eaten alive by mosquitoes. Doesn’t seem to work at all

Unfortunately I am catching lots of small moths but hardly any mozzies. Still getting bitten everytimr I go outside. No water water lying around but the mozzies are awful

Hi, there was just one thing that I would suggest and that is to put information in with these mozzie zappers, we are not sure if the charging is on, off or otherwise?as it shows a red light even when plugged in all day?
